Indonesian healthtech startup Zi.Care issued ordinary and preference shares worth [redacted] million last week. Recipients include the Oriza Greenwillow Technology Fund, which is managed by Greenwillow Capital Management, as well as Iterative and Telkomsel Mitra Inovasi.

According to its regulatory filings, Oriza Greenwillow Technology Fund invested [redacted] million to bag Series A shares, while Iterative, TMI and other investors received pre-Series A shares.

Zi.Care provides a hospital information system focused on digitalising electronic medical records.

Indonesian culinary startup Mangkokku secured [redacted] from investors, including venture capital firm Alpha JWC Ventures and Bukalapak co-founder Muhammad Fajrin Rasyid, this week. The funding is part of a new round, per regulatory filings.

The startup, which offers a range of Asian rice bowls with Indonesian flavours, had announced closing a $7 million Series A round last year. The round was co-led by Alpha JWC Ventures and Indonesian conglomerate Emtek.

Triple-A, the first cryptocurrency payments gateway to be licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), received a capital injection from its founder and CEO Eric Barbier last week.

The Singapore unit of Story Protocol, which provides a streamlined framework to manage the entire lifecycle of IP development, issued ordinary and preference shares worth $29.4 million to its parent company. The US-based company announced securing over $54 million in a funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz last week.

Novotech, a TPG and GIC-backed clinical contract research organisation, posted a 15% increase in revenue for the financial year ended December 31, 2022. Its net loss jumped [redacted]% during the period.

Online talent recruitment platform Glints saw its revenue surge over 79% in the financial year ended Dec 31, 2022. However, its losses grew 73% last year.

Fintech startup Bambu, which develops technology for the wealth management industry, registered a 26% revenue growth in the twelve months ended Dec 31, 2022. It reduced its losses by over 45% during the year.

Capital A-owned fintech company BigPay posted a 5.4% revenue growth in 2022, while its losses went up over 5%.
