Singapore-based cleaning robot manufacturer LionsBot received [redacted] million from a German facility services provider this week.
The latest funding brings the startup’s Series A round total to [redacted] million. Investors in the round include EDBI, TransLink Capital, Supersteam Asia Pacific and Freny Firoze Irani.
Founded in 2018 by Agatha Michelle Seow, Dylan Ng Terntzer, and Rajesh Elara Mohan, LionsBot develops cleaning robots for commercial applications. Its main offering, LeoBot, is capable of vacuuming and scrubbing and comes with interactive characteristics.
Vietnamese direct-to-consumer (DTC) fashion startup HelloMida received [redacted] million from investors, including Surge, Peak XV Partners, KSK Angel Fund and Leo Capital, last week.
The company was founded in April 2021 in Singapore by Grace Yun Xia. It offers over 200 new designs daily and has a collection of more than 3,000 designs at any given time.
Built on a Real-Time Retail model, HelloMida works with manufacturers in China to deliver products rapidly to its Gen Z consumers.

Medtech startup AWAK Technologies received another $370k last week as part of its recently announced Series B round.
Indonesian fintech firm BukuWarung recorded a 33% jump in losses for the financial year ended December 31, 2022. Its revenue, meanwhile, surged 185x during the year.
