Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC Pte increased its stake in Vietnam-based paediatric clinic operator Nhi Dong 315 through a secondary share purchase last week.

The latest transaction follows a [redacted] million capital infusion into the Vietnamese firm by GIC in April. The wealth fund has since bought shares from other Nhi Dong 315 investors to beef up its holding. According to DealStreetAsia — DATA VANTAGE, the latest transaction makes it the second-largest shareholder in the healthcare firm.

Nhi Dong 315 operates at least 60 paediatric and maternity clinics in Ho Chi Minh City.

Medical claims administrator MiCare received [redacted] million last week from parent company Zuellig Pharma, International Finance Corporation (IFC) and a Mitsui & Co subsidiary.

The company manages and administers medical claims for 50 insurers in Southeast Asia.

MiCare, which is majority-owned by Zuellig Pharma, counts IFC and Mitsui as its second- and third-largest shareholders. The latest capital injection brings its total funding to over [redacted] million.

Indian online grocery unicorn Zepto received [redacted] million from angel investors Oliver and Lish Jung last week. The company announced closing a $200 million funding round in August, which gave it a post-money valuation of $1.4 billion.

Singapore-based venture studio and investment firm Xpdite Capital Partners has bought out all investors in hospitality tech startup INNAWAY to become its sole shareholder.

India-based financial services provider PaySense allotted ordinary shares worth $54.6 million to parent PayU, a subsidiary of consumer internet group Prosus, last week.

Japanese venture capital firm Global Brain has exited its investment in Singapore-headquartered manufacturing software company Arcstone. The VC sold its shares to Luxembourg-based Seasight Holdings, [redacted], Michael Gryseels and Arcstone founder and CEO Willson Deng.

IoT solutions provider UnaBiz received $500k from Optimal Investments last week. The funding is part of an over $50 million Series B round closed in December last year.

Investment firm AIBasis Fund has transferred all its shares in Singapore-based video analytics solutions provider XJERA LABS to a British Virgin Islands-based firm.
