Singapore-based ceEntek, which focuses on developing carbon nano-fibre enhanced ultra-high performance concrete products, received [redacted] million last week.

Investors contributing to the latest capital infusion include angel backers Michael Stuart Wainwright, Bart Coenraads and Rae Pyper.

ceEntek has previously secured funding from SEEDS Capital and Beta Asia Fund, a vehicle owned by Chinese businesswoman Qiang Lin Mei.

Plano, a Singapore-based company focused on ensuring eye health wellness, received a fresh capital injection from Japanese ophthalmology-focused pharma company Santen Pharmaceutical last week.

Launched in 2017, Plano was the first spin-off from the Singapore Eye Research Institute — Singapore National Eye Centre Ophthalmic Technologies Incubator Programme. It offers solutions to better manage smart device usage in order to improve eye health.

Santen, which first backed Plano in 2020, is today the startup’s largest shareholder. It has invested over [redacted] million in the business so far.

Fintech startup AsiaKredit secured [redacted] million from parent Grab Financial Group last week.

London-based family office CSVE Ventures has picked up a stake in Indonesia-based beauty and wellness startup [redacted] through the secondary market.

Century Oak Capital, a Liechtenstein-based investment company, has exited its investment in Pakistan-based B2B online marketplace Dastgyr by selling its shares to [redacted].

PayU-owned payment solutions provider Red Dot Payment reported a 61.4% revenue growth in the financial year ended March 31, 2023. It also reduced its net loss by 63.6% during the period.

Peak XV Partners-backed Indian fintech company MoneyTap recorded a 5.6% increase in revenue for the twelve months ended March 31, 2023, as its losses more than halved.

East Ventures-backed Indonesian cold chain fulfilment startup Fresh Factory reported revenue of [redacted] million for the financial year ended December 31, 2022. Its net loss for the period stood at [redacted] million.

Jungle Ventures-backed Vietnamese electric motorcycle manufacturer Dat Bike recently filed its financial statement for the year ended December 31, 2021. Its revenue for the year came in at $159.5k, while its net loss stood at [redacted] million.

Delivery Hero-owned restaurant management solutions provider TabSquare reported revenue of [redacted] million for the financial year ended December 31, 2022. It posted a net loss of [redacted] million for the period.
