Singapore-headquartered AI automation company bluesheets issued new shares to a group of investors last week, according to regulatory filings.

The recipients include [redacted], Antler, 1982 Ventures and Insignia Ventures Partners.

The share allotment is part of the company’s Series A round. It comprises fresh equity funding of [redacted] million from [redacted] and Antler. The startup is also issuing shares worth [redacted] million to simple agreement for future equity (SAFE) holders, including Insignia Ventures.

The filings further show that bluesheets could potentially raise up to [redacted] more as part of the round.

Singapore-headquartered debt financing platform EvolutionX Debt Capital received a fresh capital infusion from parent companies DBS and Temasek Holdings last week.

Manish Bhai, the founder and CEO of Philippine digital lender UNO Digital Bank’s incorporator UNOAsia Pte, has sold some of his shares to investment firm [redacted], per a regulatory filing.

Singapore-headquartered Chainstack, which offers a suite of services connecting developers with Web3 infrastructure, received $500k from a joint crypto-focused venture fund launched by Japan’s SBI Group, digital asset bank Sygnum and European asset manager Azimut Group.

Singapore-based biotech startups Zeno Therapeutics and Eximmium have a new owner that has bought out their respective shareholders.

Pakistan-based fintech startup Oraan received $800k from RaSa Future Fund last week.

Singapore-based buy now, pay later (BNPL) platform Optty has received $500k from an individual investor.

Canada- and Singapore-based crypto exchange platform Coinut has bagged $300k from Westech Technology.
