Dear Reader,

Everlife Holdings, a market access and distribution company in India and Southeast Asia, received the bulk of the new shares. AUM Biosciences had announced a $27 million Series A round led by Everlife in 2021.

Last October, the biotech company disclosed its plans to go public via a merger with Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp. V, a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The deadline for the business combination has been extended to May 16, 2023, according to a recent filing by the SPAC.
